This site is built from documents, and documents go out of date. If a figure here does not match what a funeral home told you, we want to know today rather than next year.
Three things worth writing to us about
A price looks wrong. Tell us what you were quoted and which home quoted it. We go back to the document, and if the document has changed we recapture it, read it again, and the figure moves.
You have a price list we are missing. Funeral homes are welcome to send their own, and so is anyone who was handed one. Email the document to us and it goes through the same reading and the same review as everything else, with its own note saying it arrived that way.
A question. About a figure, a home, or how any of this is put together. There is no wrong question and no account to make first.
What happens to what you send
A person reads it. We use what you send only to answer you and to fix the data. Nothing else, and never passed along. If you leave an email address we write back. If you do not, the correction still gets looked at.

If a price here does not match what a funeral home told you, or you work at one and something needs updating, please tell us. And if we are missing a funeral home's price list entirely, we would love a copy. Corrections make this better for the next family, and every message is read by a person.
